Shining evidence of a prudent walk with Him,

May my life magnify the love of God within.

May those who look ,only see my Saviour clearer.

So they desire to know Christ a little dearer.

May compassion be seen in all I do and say~

And my conduct always please Him in every way.

Let me be a blessing to everyone I meet,

As refreshing as cool water on weary feet.

May Christ be truely glorified in me, I pray,

And His light shine brightly on those He sends my way.

praises of Him who hath called
you out of darkness into
His marvellous light."

Learning From Above

Help me learn from on high how to live right below,
Imitating Christ so closely, others will know
I have truly given my whole heart to the LORD,
So determined to obey and honor His Word.

May I learn of His love that I this love may show
To those poor souls who need love the most here below.
For if it were not for His wondrous love for me,
I would be as they~LOST~ for all eternity.

May I learn of His grace, that I may gracious be
To those who are always watching, expecting to see
Grace, most thoughtful, seen in my every word and deed,

Rising to meet every challenge, in grace succeed.

May I learn of His tender care, so I may care,
For those with more burdens than they alone can bear.
May I lift up the fainting~the sore discouraged heart,
If only just to pray his hopelessness depart.

May I learn of such mercy from His Divine view,
So I may mercifully judge what others do.
May I intently keep my gaze on Christ alone,
That only, always, Chirst living in me be known.
