On March 8th, with our regular Word and Pen leaders travelling and greatly missed, Ruth stepped to the helm and both competently and graciously facilitated our meeting. Andrea shared delicious refreshments and opened our session with prayer. After Ruth led us in a devotional, a full circle of ten writers, including several guests, participated in the round table accountability and open reading. We closed our evening with an educational cassette from Carole Gift Page on “Finding Ideas”, who taught that writers seizes “nodules of circumstance” and transform them into ideas, always asking themselves, How will this sound on paper?
