Dear Lord, I have come to You today to confess my sins, that You have seen, and my need for salvation. I believe with all my heart that You are my Lord and Savior, and died on the cross to save me from my sins. I ask for the cleansing blood of Jesus Christ. I place my faith in You Lord. What does it mean to be saved?
