Lighthouse Christian Writers Monthly Agenda
After keeping this website going for more than six years, I finally did it. I accidently deleted the first half of this page. So I am starting over with a new beginning and many times that is necessary.
Lighthouse Christian Writers have hosted two seminars and ready to host a third one. We have members from Amberg, Gillet, Green Bay, Klondike, Lena, Manitowoc, Mountain, Pensaukee(Oconto), Peshtigo, Two Rivers and Styles Junction(Lena),WI. and Wallace, MI. We meet at Linda's house in Klondike the first Thursday of the month, with a few exceptions through the year. We do not meet in December. We pay $10. per year for membership, with new members paying prorated dues as they join through the year.
Our next meeting is August 5, 2010 at Peggy's house. George will bring the devotions. We are changing the menu for this meeting. Instead of a program, we will be working on addressing seminar brochures from the address labels from Marlene and the needs list for our next seminar.
We are in the midway planning stage of the seminar, Write His Answer
with Marlene Bagnull from Pennsylvania. This will take place at Riverview Alliance Church in Oconto Falls, WI. on October 22 and 23nd. Friday afternoon and evening, and Sat. morning and afternoon. There is more information on a planning page link in left column.
BTW. If you want to know what has happened in our meetings, our Public Relations person, Mary J. sends an update every month to our county and city news papers in Marinette and Oconto Counties. Find the nearest newspaper the week after our meetings to read about our activities.
If you plan to come, you will need directions. Please email (Lois) the web master or Peggy, our Treasurer, link at bottom of page. We want to know how many are coming.
If the weather is bad, meeting will be postponed. There will be a note on here about this, the day of the meeting.

Something New! I have a link on left column, that says, JOYCE HEISER'S PAGE. All her devotion links are on that page now. Even though she moved to S.Dakota, she is remembered as our co founder.
Kathryn is our honorary member. Here is her web site. She usually brings a program once a year about things she has learned in the writing process and shares them with us.
