Lighthouse Christian Writers Monthly Agenda
We meet the second Tuesday of each month from 7 - 9 p.m. at Linda's home in Klondike, WI. (West of Coleman).
Since our July 8, 2008 meeting, we have one new member making our membership, 11 members. Our members live in Klondike, Lena, Manitowac, Mountain, Pensaukee, Peshtigo, Suring, Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Wallace, MI. and Sioux Falls, S.D.
For January and February, we keep the annual membership dues at $10. The rest of the year the dues are prorated for new members. There are no dues in November. We do not meet in December. New members signing up in August will pay $4.00 dues for the year.
We will meet Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Peggy's house in Styles Junction. Linda has other plans in August.
Peggy is in charge of the program and Topic TBA. If you plan to come, you need directions, please email (Lois) the web master or Peggy, our Treasurer, link at bottom of page. We also want to know how many are coming.
Our members have an assignment to work on between now our July meeting. Using the prompt words "My own obituary'. We write something, in poem, devotion, essay, testimony or short story with those words used in the article. We will share, by reading our articles at the next meeting.
Members take turns bringing a fresh written devotion with a motivation for the Christian writer. We close our meetings with praise reports. and pray over written prayer requests.
