Christian World Outreach's History

Christian World Outreach was founded in 1979 to facilitate the youth ministry already established in Haiti. In the years that followed, the ministry expanded to include health and nutrition, leadership development, radio broadcasting, evangelistic outreach, a feminine training center, a feeding program for children and teaching literacy.
Since 1999, CWO has overseen the ministry of sixty-five churches, thirty-two schools and three medical clinics in the Central Plateau of Haiti.
In 2000, CWO expanded its ministry to Zimbabwe, Africa, followed by Burkina Faso, Africa in 2001, and by Zambia, Africa in 2002.
